Slipping back to basic is as easy as 1,2,3. Lets take a deep breathe and a moment to think about style basics. I immediately think 'monochrome' and 'skater skirt'. The way we piece and choose an outfit highlights our personality and speaks volumes on our persona before we even utter a word. There is beauty in the simplicity in my world and I've been favoring pieces that snatch the waist and shape me up right . Skater skirts stay winning as they give the illusion of an even smaller waistline (take notes my curvy sisters). I paired this skirt with black all over and a hint of gold and pearl whites. I added a bright lip (thank you MAC) to bring life to my complete look.
