VACAY MODE
15:24
I'm sitting here, heavily jet lagged but already reminiscing about my short lived summer vacay. Sigh, now its back to reality- day to day hustles; work and school and of course blogging. I hadn't forgotten about my baby, just took a much needed break to recollect and refresh my mind, goals and other nitty gritties that camp in the back of my mind from time to time.
They say what's good for the soul do that, and I did just that. The break was amazing to say the least. I spent an awful load of time with my family (and I don't regret that one bit) over going out and hanging with old and maybe some new friends. If I could highlight every bit of my holiday, from my rural area rendezvous with my granny and uncles to my tedious days in the CBD of Harare, I would write a book. Hence I'll pick one of my favourite trips. Not because I got to nag my mum a lot or endlessly tickle my brothers as they tried to be about their business or my personal favorite, teaching my dad to do the peace sign in every pictures (yes, retro is the new cool), but because I got to visit a place I'd always wanted to travel to, Inyanga.

The baby of the family
My beautiful parents

My personal fav, First time fishing and I caught this. Heard a picture is essential for such a moment.
Needless to say, the next few blog posts will be from this holiday (have stacks of drafts). I got to work with a friend and personal favorite photographer and I cant wait to share the collabs we did in the next few weeks.
I hope you've all been having a good new year so far. A little late to the party but Happy new year to all my readers. Thank you for your continued support and to the newcomers, welcome to the family. I hope you are prompted to come back and read some more of my musings.
